Navigating the Crypto Market with the Wyckoff Method

In his presentation, Alessio Rutigliano will illustrate how to navigate crypto markets using the Wyckoff Method. A top-down approach is essential to identify the leadership crypto assets showing signs of institutional participation.

Alessio RutiglianoAlessio Rutigliano's first encounter with the Wyckoff Method was Henry O. Pruden’s The Three Skills of Top Trading. He is a Wyckoff Trading Course (WTC) graduate and serves as a teaching assistant at Wyckoff Analytics. An avid student of intermarket analysis and behavioral finance models, his main focus is the development of sector rotation strategies in the Wild West of digital assets. Alessio co-hosts the weekly Wyckoff Crypto Discussion and Wyckoff Crypto Discord with Roman Bogomazov. He taught the special topic courses Point-and-Figure from Stocks to Cryptos and Trading the Crypto Market with the Wyckoff Method and presented at the Best of Wyckoff Online Conferences in 2019 and 2021 and the Wyckoff Cryptocurrency Online Conference in 2020. He also curates Wyckoff in the World of Cryptocurrency, a blog introducing Wyckoff analysis and trading tactics to low-liquidity speculative environments, including cryptos and emerging asset classes, with a special focus on market psychology.

He retired from Merrill Lynch in 2017 after serving clients as a financial advisor for 32 years. He is now focused on managing his family’s portfolio.

Wyckoff, and in 2018 became a client of Wyckoff Analytics. You Can't Scan For Wyckoff (Another Modern Myth)

John “Johniscan” Colucci presents an examination of the folklore that the Wyckoff Method is not a scanning-friendly technical approach. In this presentation, Johniscan will examine two of the most popular Wyckoff events: Springs and Breakouts/Backups.

John ColucciFrom the early days as a corporate bankruptcy and insolvency attorney, John Colucci perused financial statements, budgets, and cash flow projections to determine the feasibility of financial plans presented to creditors. After early training in forensic financial analysis and fraud detection, Mr. Colucci took an interest in stock market investing from a fundamental perspective. After a series of hard-taught lessons beginning in 1987, technical analysis became a bigger focus for investment analysis. After working through the quasi-fundamental/technical system developed by William J. O’Neil, Mr. Colucci’s Wyckoffian journey began with the search for meaning in the phrase, “the stock is under accumulation.” After numerous books, blog articles, courses, and special events with many of the great Wyckoffians of our time, Mr. Colucci is primarily a long/short technical stock and futures trader using Wyckoffian principles–with an occasional financial statement sojourn to celebrate old times. Scanning and filtering are particular passions. He authors the Wyckoff Market Report and the Wyckoff Structural Scanning blog and has taught the special topic courses Look Less, See More and Scan For Success Part 1 ,  Part 2, and Part 3.  John was the host and a presenter at the Best of Wyckoff 2021 Online Conference and is a frequent contributor to the Wyckoff Market Discussion.
